If God answered every one of the prayers you’ve ever prayed, how many people would come to know Jesus? It’s so easy to look around and see people who don’t know Jesus. What if God has specifically put you in your friend group, theater group, sports team, lunch table, and your school for a reason?

What's the Pray5 Challenge?

Pray faithfully for five unbelievers every day for five weeks! Pray specifically that God would open their hearts to come to know Christ. And pray for boldness, that when God opens a door, you will courageously share the hope that you have.

Don’t do this challenge alone! Ask someone to pray alongside you. After you have your 5 names written down on your card, find another person to be your accountability partner, and share about each person on your list with them. As they share their list of names, write them down on your own card as well.

How to Follow Up

After you’ve spent 5 weeks praying for opportunities to share the gospel with 5 unbelievers and you’ve courageously initiated conversations with them, make sure to follow up with each person! Don’t just leave it at one conversation. Strike up another conversation with them. Ask them if they’ve had time to think about your last conversation and if they have any questions about Jesus. Invite them to your church’s youth group and school’s Christian club, and keep praying for them!

Do we believe that God answers prayer? If the answer is yes, then let’s pray like it. Let’s pray for people to come to know Jesus and pray that we would take the opportunity to share the gospel with them! That’s what the Pray5 Challenge is all about.
